Lead reactivation sprint for a dormant database
Most businesses sit on thousands of contacts nobody has spoken to in a year. This is a fixed-scope campaign against that list: segmented by how long they have been quiet and what they bought, consent checked before anything sends, run across AI calling, SMS and email, and reported on at the end including the segments that did nothing.

- A compliance pass removing anything you cannot evidence consent for
- Offer and sequence written per segment, not blasted at the whole list
- AI calling campaign paced so your team can handle the callbacks
- Daily monitoring for the first week with a mid-campaign adjustment
- Every asset left behind in your account, reusable next quarter
- A one page results report covering what worked and what did not
ST-02 · THE SEQUENCE
How it runs
Five stages, in this order.
- 01
Audit the list
What is actually in there, split by quiet time and by what they bought. You get the size of the prize before you pay for the campaign.
- 02
Check consent
Anything we cannot evidence consent for comes out. We will not run a sprint that puts your numbers at risk to hit a bigger send count.
- 03
Write per segment
A reason to come back that suits the segment, across email, SMS and the AI call script.
- 04
Run it paced
Fourteen days live, watched daily for the first week, adjusted once mid-flight.
- 05
Report honestly
One page: sent, replied, booked, unsubscribed, and which segments were a waste of time.

Service FAQ
Before you book.
Under about a thousand dormant contacts the sprint costs more than it is likely to return. We say so at the list audit rather than after taking the money.
It depends on how they were collected and where they live. The consent pass is inside the scope and any segment we cannot evidence is excluded, whatever that does to the numbers.
We do not publish one. Ours would be an average across trades and yours would not match it. The list audit gives you a real read on segment quality before you commit.

The HVAC build went into a client sub-account on a Tuesday and the receptionist was taking overnight calls by Thursday. The QA sheet meant we did not have to test it ourselves.

What we bought was the three weeks we did not spend building workflows. The spec sheet listed every one of them before we paid.

Twelve hours of install support inside ten days, with a named person rather than a ticket queue. We used about eight of them, mostly on A2P.

The review engine fires when the job closes rather than when somebody remembers, which is the difference between a profile that grows and one that does not.

We install these under our own brand and the client never sees a third party. The white-label side was done properly, not bolted on.
