GoHighLevel integration and API development
A snapshot cannot connect an EHR, a shop management system or a wash controller, and no amount of workflow building will make it. That needs a key, an endpoint, error handling and somebody who owns it when the third party changes their API. This is where that gets built, quoted before a spark is struck.
ST-01 · WHAT SHIPS
Deliverables
Everything that lands.
Not a scope of work full of hedges. This is the list, and it is the same list on the invoice.
- Technical scoping against the real third-party API, before you are quoted
- Two-way sync where the API allows it, one-way where it does not, said plainly
- Webhook relays with retry and error handling that logs what actually failed
- Scheduled migrations, nightly syncs, deduplication and enrichment jobs
- Custom tools and portals where a workflow genuinely cannot do the job
- Alerting so a broken sync tells you rather than waiting to be noticed
- Written documentation covering credentials, endpoints and failure modes
- Fourteen days of post-launch monitoring, then handover or retainer
ST-02 · THE SEQUENCE
How it runs
Five stages, in this order.
- 01
Read the API first
Before quoting. If what you want is not possible we tell you at this stage and it costs you nothing.
- 02
Fixed written scope
A price and a date. Changes are re-quoted rather than quietly absorbed into the build.
- 03
Build against a sandbox
Where one exists. Where it does not, we build against a copy of your data and say so.
- 04
Test at real volume
A sync that works on ten records and dies on ten thousand is not finished.
- 05
Document and hand over
Credentials, endpoints, failure modes and a decision about who owns it from here.
ST-03 · QUESTIONS
Service FAQ
Before you book.
Snapshot support covers the build and its automations: adding automations, adjusting workflows, tuning the nine pieces. Third-party API work and custom software are a different discipline with a different risk profile, so they are quoted separately rather than hidden inside a support allowance.
For the routine hands-on parts, often yes, and we will say so. A dedicated VA on a retainer is the right answer for repetitive data work. It is the wrong answer for anything that needs error handling and a rollback plan.
We tell you during scoping and you keep your money. We will not sell a scraping workaround that breaks the first time somebody changes a page.

Sample entries. DFY Foundry is a young shop. These cards show how the wall reads and stand in until real clients give us reviews to publish. No rating is claimed to Google while this note is here.
Sample
The HVAC build went into a client sub-account on a Tuesday and the receptionist was taking overnight calls by Thursday. The QA sheet meant we did not have to test it ourselves.

What we bought was the three weeks we did not spend building workflows. The spec sheet listed every one of them before we paid.

The legal build screens matters before they reach a diary. That alone changed what our client does with their week.
LEGAL PRACTICE SNAPSHOT

Twelve hours of install support inside ten days, with a named person rather than a ticket queue. We used about eight of them, mostly on A2P.
ROOFING COMPANY SNAPSHOT

The review engine fires when the job closes rather than when somebody remembers, which is the difference between a profile that grows and one that does not.

We install these under our own brand and the client never sees a third party. The white-label side was done properly, not bolted on.
