Done-for-you GoHighLevel builds, forged for agencies.
Snapshots and full account setup for marketing agencies. We build the funnels, workflows and pipelines you sell, install them in your client’s sub-account, test every step and hand you the spec sheet. Quoted build window: nine days.
HVAC Company, Med Spa Clinic, Real Estate Brokerage, Dental Clinic, Roofing Company, Mortgage Lender, Gym and Studio, Legal Practice, Plumbing Business, Cleaning Company, Auto Repair Garage, Car Wash, Chiropractic Practice, Pet Care, Insurance Brokerage, Digital Marketing Agency
ST-01 · THE ORE
Why agencies call us
Raw accounts don’t sell.
Every agency we take on arrives with one of three problems. Usually all three.
Half-finished accounts
Domains pointing nowhere, a sub-account template that was never made, and three clients running on three different builds.
Delivery is the bottleneck
You can sell more than you can build. Every new client eats a week of the founder’s time that should have gone to sales.
Nothing is documented
The person who built it left. Now nobody knows which workflow sends that email or why the pipeline has nine stages.
ST-02 · THE LINE
What we forge
Two things, both done for you.
Snapshots you install yourself, or a build team that installs them for you. Nothing else — no courses, no themes, no software.
Every snapshot in the catalog carries the same nine and nothing else, written for its own trade. Each build page lists them in that trade's own words.
CATCHThe lead arrives and is answered
HEATCold and quiet contacts brought back up
STRIKEThe booking held and protected
QUENCHThe finished job set as public proof
TEMPERThe client kept, for years not weeks
01CATCH
Professional Website
The shop front. Pages already written for the trade, forms that satisfy the compliance rules, and the calendar sitting on the page where the decision actually gets made.
STAMPED FROM
AI Studio websiteThe shop front itself, built in AI Studio with the copy already written and the calendar on the pages where the decision gets made.
FunnelsThe single-purpose pages hanging off it. Each one wired to a form, a stage and a follow-up before anybody touches it.
Forms and surveysWhat gets asked before a human is involved, and what gets asked after the work is done.
02CATCH
AI Receptionist
A voice on the line at three in the morning. It holds a real conversation, works out whether the caller is worth a slot, puts them in one, and hands the live ones to a human. English and Spanish.
STAMPED FROM
1 AI ReceptionistThe voice on the line, around the clock, in English and Spanish.
03CATCH
AI Chatbot
Text, wherever the text arrives: site widget, SMS, email, Messenger, Instagram. New enquiries get sorted, existing clients get an answer without opening a ticket.
STAMPED FROM
1 AI ChatbotThe same job in text: site widget, SMS, email, Messenger, Instagram.
04HEAT
AI Outbound Caller
The dial-out side. Numbers gone cold, appointments never rebooked, quotes nobody chased, worked through on a schedule, with a voicemail worth returning when the line rings out.
Runs on Workflows and Nurture campaign, described once where they are stamped rather than twice here.
05STRIKE
Smart Appointment System
Everything between the booking and the door. Confirmation on the spot, three reminders at falling intervals, and a recovery path that fires the moment a slot is missed rather than the next morning.
STAMPED FROM
Appointment reminders, confirmations and no-show recoveryConfirmation the moment a slot is taken, the reminder ladder before it, and the recovery that fires when the slot is missed.
06QUENCH
Review Automation
The cadence engine. It decides which channel goes first, how long to wait, when to stop asking and who is never asked again, so a request never turns into pestering.
STAMPED FROM
Review automationThe ask at completion and the cadence behind it: channel order, follow-up timing, and who is never asked again.
07QUENCH
Review Harvesting
The moment of capture. Fired once, at completion, while the work is still fresh in the client's mind, with the Google and Facebook links already in the message.
Runs on Review automation, described once where they are stamped rather than twice here.
08TEMPER
Lifetime Nurture Campaigns
The long burn. Seasonal prompts, offers timed to the trade's own calendar and a referral route, all running off the contact record for as long as it exists.
STAMPED FROM
Nurture campaignThe touches between an enquiry and a booking, and the ones that keep a contact worth something long after it.
Seasonal automationThe campaigns timed to the trade’s own calendar rather than to the contact record.
09TEMPER
Database Reactivation
Six months of silence is a trigger, not an ending. The dormant list gets called and messaged by AI with an offer built to restart the relationship.
Runs on Nurture campaign and Custom fields, described once where they are stamped rather than twice here.
THE FRAME
Four parts belong to no single piece. They carry all nine, which is why they are listed once, here, rather than nine times above.
Pipelines
The boards and their stages. How work is meant to move, and where it stalls when nobody is watching.
Workflows
The automation itself, wait windows and exit conditions included, so a booked contact stops being chased.
Custom values
Account-level placeholders. The reason the same build drops into a second sub-account without opening a workflow.
Custom fields
The per-contact record: what the account knows about one person, and what the automations read before deciding anything.
Nine pieces in every build, never eight and never ten. The 70% no-show recovery and the 5 to 10 reviews a month are what these pieces are tuned to produce. They are targets we build to, not measured results from a named client.
ST-04 · THE RUN

ST-05 · THE HEAT
How a build runs
Five stages. No guesswork.
The same sequence on every build, whether it is one snapshot install or a full agency account. You always know which stage you are in.
01
Scope the heat
A twenty-minute call, then a written scope: what gets built, what it costs, what date it lands. Nothing starts on a handshake.
02
Heat the account
Domains, deliverability, phone and A2P first. Automation on an unauthenticated sending domain is decoration.
03
Hammer the build
Funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars and dashboards, built against your naming conventions rather than ours.
04
Quench and test
A test contact walks the whole journey. Every workflow fires, every message is read, every stage change logged.
05
Ship the spec sheet
You get the account, the QA report, the spec sheet and a recorded walkthrough. Then you revoke our access.
ST-06 · THE ANVIL
Proof, not adjectives
Every build leaves the anvil tested.
These are the numbers we will stand behind: how many niche builds are in the catalog, what is inside them, and the build window we quote and hold to. No customer counts, no invented percentages.
We publish a review only when a real agency gives us one, in their words, with their name on it. Until then this space stays honest rather than full.
Sample entries. DFY Foundry is a young shop. These cards show how the wall reads and stand in until real clients give us reviews to publish. No rating is claimed to Google while this note is here.
Sample
The HVAC build went into a client sub-account on a Tuesday and the receptionist was taking overnight calls by Thursday. The QA sheet meant we did not have to test it ourselves.

WHITE-LABEL AGENCY SETUP
6 published reviews, each one from an agency whose build we shipped
Everything in the catalog is a snapshot, and a snapshot has to be installed into a GoHighLevel agency account. If you have not got one yet, these are HighLevel's own plans. All three take a snapshot; what changes is how many client accounts you can run at once.
These are affiliate links. Start a trial through one and HighLevel pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and changes neither the price nor the trial. The figures above are HighLevel's own, read off their pricing page on 5 September 2026, and it is their page to change - check it before you subscribe. We are an independent affiliate, not a HighLevel partner or reseller. Read the full disclosure.

Questions
Before you book.
The six we get asked most. There are eleven more on the full FAQ page.
A snapshot is a packaged copy of an account’s structure — funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, custom fields, custom values and settings — that can be loaded into another sub-account in one import. It carries structure, never data. Contacts and conversations do not travel with it.
Yes. Every snapshot is white-label and licensed for unlimited sub-accounts under your own agency. You may install it for as many of your clients as you like. You may not resell the snapshot file itself to another agency.
You get a share link within one business day, plus a written install guide and a custom-value map. If you bought an install with it, we handle the import ourselves and hand you a QA report instead.
Contacts, conversations, integration connections, phone numbers, A2P registration, payment processors and anything tied to a specific user. All of that has to be rebuilt in the destination account, which is exactly what our install service covers.
Every snapshot includes twelve months of updates. When the platform changes something that breaks a workflow, we fix it and reissue the share link with a changelog entry.
A single snapshot install runs three to seven days. A full agency account setup is nine to fourteen days from kickoff. Those are the windows we quote and hold ourselves to, not best cases. The clock starts when we have access and your intake answers, not when you pay.
