Hire a GoHighLevel VA who already knows the platform
A GoHighLevel VA is a virtual assistant who works inside HighLevel rather than around it. Not a builder you brief for a project — somebody who picks up the queue: the workflow that needs retiming, the pipeline nobody has cleaned since March, the campaign that has to go out on Thursday, the client request that arrived while you were on a call. White-label, under your brand, on a monthly retainer.

Deliverables
Everything that lands.
Not a scope of work full of hedges. This is the list, and it is the same list on the invoice.
- A named VA working your sub-accounts under your agency brand
- A written runbook of the recurring jobs, agreed before anyone touches a live account
- One request queue with a stated turnaround, instead of requests arriving in six places
- Weekly hygiene pass: stalled opportunities, failed sends, unrouted forms, errored workflows
- Campaign build and send, with opt-out wording and suppression rules already handled
- Third-party integration and API work delivered by the hour rather than as a fixed-scope project
- A monthly written summary of everything that changed in your accounts
ST-02 · THE SEQUENCE
How it runs
Five stages, in this order.
- 01
Say what eats the week
Thirty minutes on the work that actually piles up, which sub-accounts the VA touches, and what they must never touch.
- 02
Least-privilege access
Access to the accounts you name and no others, with the runbook written before the first job is picked up.
- 03
Two weeks under supervision
A builder reviews behind the VA for the first fortnight, so nothing reaches a live client account unchecked.
- 04
Steady state
A standing weekly call, a shared queue, and a written monthly summary. You approve, we do, your client never sees us.

Service FAQ
Before you book.
A virtual assistant trained specifically on HighLevel, who works inside your sub-accounts on the daily build and admin work: workflows, pipelines, calendars, campaigns and client requests. The difference from a general VA is that they already know where everything lives and what breaks when it moves.
No. The same white-label rule as every other service on this floor: your brand, your domain, and if a client call is unavoidable the VA joins as a member of your team.
No, and we would rather say so than let you assume it. A retainer buys a named person for a set number of hours a month. If you need somebody full-time and exclusive, a retainer is the wrong shape and we will say so on the call.
Install support is a fixed allowance of hours that comes with a build and ends when the hours or the window are gone. A VA is ongoing, month after month, across accounts you already run.
Yes, and it is usually the cheaper route. Third-party integrations and API work sit outside a snapshot by design; a VA on retainer does them by the hour instead of a separate quote each time.

The HVAC build went into a client sub-account on a Tuesday and the receptionist was taking overnight calls by Thursday. The QA sheet meant we did not have to test it ourselves.

What we bought was the three weeks we did not spend building workflows. The spec sheet listed every one of them before we paid.

The legal build screens matters before they reach a diary. That alone changed what our client does with their week.

Twelve hours of install support inside ten days, with a named person rather than a ticket queue. We used about eight of them, mostly on A2P.
ROOFING COMPANY SNAPSHOT

The review engine fires when the job closes rather than when somebody remembers, which is the difference between a profile that grows and one that does not.

We install these under our own brand and the client never sees a third party. The white-label side was done properly, not bolted on.
