No courses, no software, no reselling the platform. DFY Foundry is a build studio: agencies bring us raw accounts and client work, and we hand back finished, tested, documented builds under their brand.

ST-01 · THE START

Why this exists

Started because delivery kept breaking.

We ran an agency first. The sales side worked. The delivery side did not. Every new client meant a week of the founder rebuilding roughly the same account from memory, and every account came out slightly different.

So we built a template, then a snapshot, then a spec sheet standard, then a QA report, then a bench of engineers to run the whole thing. Other agencies started asking to borrow it. In 2021 that became the business.

Today we run one line: snapshots and done-for-you builds for GoHighLevel agencies. The standard has not moved since the first one: nothing ships without a written spec and a test contact that walked the whole journey first.

How we work

Four rules that decide every build.

Everything is documented

If it is not written down it did not happen. Every build ships with a spec sheet listing every setting, credential holder and decision.

Tested before hand-over

A test contact walks the entire journey before you ever see it. We hand you the QA report, not a promise.

No lock-in, ever

We build inside your account with your subscription. Revoke our access on hand-over day and nothing stops working.

We say no

Roughly a third of the accounts we audit are cheaper to rebuild than repair, and we tell people that even when the repair pays better.
